With over 20 years of movement through dance and sports, Ihor has grown into a strong and disciplined coach.
Fun fact: he can still do the splits — proof that he truly knows what long-term results mean :) He holds a degree in sports and has extensive international experience, including more than 7 years of coaching in China.
For him, fitness is about health, longevity, and freedom of movement. His training sessions are a balance of results, motivation, and lightness.
With Ihor, fitness becomes a lifestyle that brings energy and confidence.
