Our team consists of experienced specialists in functional training and conscious fitness. Each Fit 13 trainer brings unique skills and style to their work, at the same time they share a common thread: commitment, precision, and genuine concern for the results of our clients.

We work exclusively with individuals or in small groups, so you can be sure you're in good
hands, whether you're just starting out, recovering from an injury, or looking to take your fitness
